Sorry can I just get a answer on this as I'm pretty sure I've got it right ....

As things stand at the minute in regards to reform of benefits am I right in thinking that the new pip criteria that starts in November 2026 is for new and existing claimants of pip only ?

so if someone is on cbesa and lcwra but NO pip , then that person will be reassessed as normal with the existing wca anytime up until the wca assessment and lcwra is scrapped in 2028 , making way for the new pip assessment to take over to see if you qualify for the new health element ?

I think I've got it right , if anyone can tell me if I'm right I would be so grateful as I wouldn't want to give advice that is incorrect

    Hi @Danny123 unfortunately we can't give you a solid answer here as the proposals are not set in stone still, so anything that has been proposed could end up changing, or not happening.
