Alpha-Stim machine for ME/CFS Insomnia Anxiety and pain

Hi all,
I’m wondering if anyone has tried the Alpha Stim machine and how you got on with it?
It says it has had positive trails on the NHS for all symptoms related to ME/CFS but as of yet I don’t think it’s available on the NHS and incredibly expensive to buy or even rent.
Reviews I’m seen on Trustpilot are mostly positive as well.
I’m really struggling with insomnia and restless sleep - have for most of my life and think this is related to having ADHD (waiting for assessment). I’m 50 now and I think this lack of restorative sleep is the key reason I have developed ME/CFS over the past 20 years and it’s got a lot more severe the past 4 years.

Hi @StarLilly, I've seen these and similar devices around on the internet, but I don't have any personal experience of it I'm afraid. It would definitely be interesting to hear from anyone who has used one.
Have you got access to any medical care for your ME/CFS at the moment? I know the standard of care can really vary across the UK.
