Work commitment phone call

in Universal Credit (UC)

Evening everybody my wife just checked universal credit journal and it said I had a work commitment phone call later in may I was on esa wrag and done the transition to uc my wife is my appointee my question is can she take the phone call for me and any idea what commitment they can make me do ?? Many thanks

    Yes as your appointee your wife can take the call for you.

    Does the message mention New Style ESA?

    If no, this will be to have a discussion with your Work Coach about your work commitments.

    As you are in LCW you are expected to engage in work preparation activities, although you cannot be forced to apply for jobs.

    Thank you for the quick reply it didn't Mention anything about new style esa ,can they force you to go on courses or anything like that ?
