Looking for advise after recovering from lung cancer and having disabled partner.

Sorry to hear about your brush with the big C, I hope you're recovering well. Kimi has given some top advice there, but I also wanted to add it's worth looking at a benefits calculator, which will give you an idea of what you can claim.
