Universal credit review paypal enquiry

Hi I've just had a call from u/c explaining what I need to send I have till the 13th I said I had a paypal account but no money in it I just use it for transaction as they can see on the bank statements I will also be sending ive downloaded them on my phone but it doesn't show a balance I pay for loads as I don't trust putting my details in to places like shien and just eat so it's linked to my bank will this be fine and enough evidence for them I've no money in it never have and if I pay my mum it's straight in straight out same day as everything else will this be ok loads of people must do the same thing I have issues with trusting company's as nearly was scammed so it seems a safer option nowadays

Hi @sophie2002 that sounds perfectly reasonably to use a Paypal account as it is often safer. I'm sure that'll be fine if you share your Bank statements and Paypal statement alongside it. ☺️

I'm sending everything my paypal ,savings and normal account that's all I have you can see all transactions I pay my mum her board money through paypal in to hers paypal then she puts it straight in her bank I've never put a balance in my pay pal it's always 00 it just doesn't say on th pdfs is this going to be ok
