in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

hello all you wonderful people, I'm hoping to get some advice, I'm sorry if this has been answered elsewhere just very confused as to what to do?
I have just recently migrated to universal credit from legacy benefits, when I did this the IR ESA became the LCWRA and support group as awarded ongoing in 2017.
Then when I migrated had to claim the ESA is dual claim so I'll get the NS ESA as also in support group all seems to be going ok it's just I haven't had a letter from NS ESA team to confirm my award in writing, they said I would receive a letter to confirm although this now 3 months this month already had 2 payments from UC but nothing has come regards my award for the NS ESA support group status and I've just read something about when you get NS ESA it ends after 1 year?
Should I call the NS ESA team to get a letter for my evidence as still being in the support group?
sorry in advance it's all so complicated how it's worded and not good with changes!

    NS ESA doesn't end after a year if you are in the Support Group, that only applies to the Work Related Activity Group.

    Did you get an annual uprating letter with the new amount of £140.55 a week on?

    Hi kimi my migration for UC started before April 2025 deadline was 28 February 2025 I got the one about April but that was for legacy benefits when I did the call with the NS ESA side she said I would get a letter of award regards the NS ESA of which I haven't got yet….

    I think I get around £281.10 per fortnight what I can remember off the top of my head does that sound right…… I've not had a letter for amount since the changeover so I'm thinking I should call them to post it out? Would they do that ?..

    Yes £140.55 a week is the amount for New Style ESA in the Support Group.

    You can call ESA on 0800 169 0310 or request a proof of benefit letter online
