Lcwra back dated payments

hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew if lcwra pay backdated money and how does it work
The start of my uc claim was on 19th nov, I then waited about 12 weeks for my wca I received my first lcwra payment in with my uc on the 25th April
Will I receive back payment at all
My assessment periods run from 18th to 19th each month and get paid 25th
all so if I am due any back pay
Will they just amend my uc payments from my last statement in April
how will it be paid
And how many months do they cover ? Thanks hope I’m not being confusing with what I have said and Ty in advance of anyone who knows how this works X

To advise we need to know:
The date you reported the health condition
The date of the first Fit Note
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated?
It's the date you give them to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.

hi, I first applied for uc on the 19th nov that’s when my forts fit note was uploaded on the day I applied for uc, I’m confused because I was handing in fit notes while I was on Jsa before I applied for uc
I know those fit notes won’t count will they as was different benefit
There haven’t been any gaps in between
I had been changed over from Jsa to uc
I’m confused because there is an amendment on my uc statement from April of £423
I don’t know what this is ( if this is a back payment or what) I haven’t had a letter about any back payment or how much is owed or anything ….

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
I'd estimate your waiting period:
November/December AP 1
December/January AP 2
January/February AP 3
February/March: Eligible for LCWRA element
25th March: First LCWRA element paid (owed).
25th April (paid)
Up until today you are owed 1 months LCWRA element.
Money owed is calculated separately and takes at least a few weeks.
You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed. Payment will then follow within a few working days.
