Hello I'm carol ESA contact

Two days and 14 hours I've spent trying to get through to them, need to tell them about change to my private pension, but had to put the phone down as my stress level were out of control talking to AI for hours is a joke what waste of time and money, is anyone else having problems with this department could really do with some advice

May I ask roughly where you are in the UK? I have an e-mail address of the ESA Office in Montrose, Scotland. I usually go to her (Fiona) whenever I have an issue. If you are Scotland too, the e-mail address may help you too (asking Fiona to forward it to the right people, perhaps?).

My advice, phone them on your mobile, give your personal details, keep saying "I need to speak to an advisor" each time the AI tries to engage, and have the phone beside you on loudspeaker so you can get on with something else while you are waiting to speak to someone.
