Can’t believe timing of dwp phone calls!

I put in an appeal

To a MR I had looked at . Today I had a hospital appointment and they’ve rang me while attending hospital then gave me a 15 minute timescale that they were ringing again . Obviously I never heard it it clashed with my appointment . I tried ringing the number once home and it told me to look at my journal . No message . I’ve just got a text from dwp saying my papers will now be sent to me . Have I messed up? I can’t believe the timing smh

Have you completed the MR? If not you would be better putting it in writing than discussing it over the telephone.

Or are you appealing the decision?

It's not your fault you missed the second call, you told them you were at the hospital.

hi I’ve had a MR. This is after I’ve put in to appeal . I just can’t believe the timing . Couldn’t make it up . I barely leave house and one time I will I will miss a parcel it’s like Truman show lol

I think they probably done this on purpose and knew you had a hospital appointment. The dwp and NHS are all working together and sharing information daily. My nephew works for the nhs in administration and says this is true.

but I hadn’t told them I had appointment . It did make me wonder like! X
