I have had lumbar stenosis for many years. This year age 73 I am finding it harder to cope and hate going out, however my little dog gets me out each day. My specialist is not helpful so I feel a bit let down. Glad I found this group.

Hi @polly51 and welcome to the community. 🙂 I'm sorry to read about your situation. You mention things are getting worse for you. Do you have any support from anybody else and have you raised the changes with your specialist or GP?
