ESA to UC

in Start here and say hello!

I am in receipt of IR ESA, SDP & PIP. I have to transfer from ESA to UC by next Thurs. I want to do it on Tues, a day after my next ESA payment. Can I start completing the online form now to make it easier on Tues?

Regarding ID - what if I can't get ID verified online with my provisional licence on Tues? Will I still be able to submit the form on Tues without this causing any issues a I want it to go smoothly.

Also, has anyone had a smooth transition from ESA to UC & getting sane amount? What do you do if things go wrong?

Sorry for all the questions but I'm scared after reading lots of negative feedback on blogs from people who have migrated to UC

    Once you start the form you will be able to save progress at various points. You have 28 days to submit the form.

    You can still submit the form even if you can't verify id online.

    If anything goes wrong you can use the Journal (your UC online account) to send them messages.
