My gawd! I am mortified by the report !

I’ve just had to come on here to vent . I’m appealing for pip and received my
Pip pack. Included is the report from my uc50. My gawd I am mortified at what I am reading things I’ve never said it makes me look a right crank! Please tell me this happens cos at moment I don’t know whether to laugh or cry! I’ve not even finished reading it yet!

Oh no @Dendoo that doesn't sound at all good! When I've read my reports in the past, it's always been a very odd read. Like being told I'm totally ok with dealing with strangers face to face, because I have a facebook. 😆 And I know it's not a one off, many people have said similar things, so I'd try not to worry too much, you'll have a chance to set things straight. 😊

wow it’s like someone else was answering . My
Pip one was almost me but this one it’s like 2 people mixed up! I did tell my partner after the assessment that was weird it was like talking to someone just random scatty I was only on phone less than 20 mins . I’m laughing now but just wow I don’t even speak like I’ve been made out to! I’m too honest . I’m just puzzled x

It happens often sadly.
I've had it happen with PIP and ESA.

Very awkward, especially for them if the report is disputed by the case manager like my 2019 PIP review report was… although because Capita requested the GPFR from the wrong medical centre and didn't rectify their error for 2+ months and my award was nearing the end, the CM still went along with the report anyway and lowered my PIP award, I ended up having to appeal, didn't get as far as a tribunal thankfully as the DWP overturned the decision.
Just had a paper-based assessment, I really hope everything is ok with it this time.

What can we do about it? I wish I’d of asked for the assessment to be recorded and done it myself too. Now I know why people insist you do do it ! I will bring it up to my Benefit advisor who I’m due to speak to . It’s honestly caused me distress . I can laugh now cos it’s just ridiculous it’s a fairy story lol sick one x
