Hi can someone help me I've got tasks to download 4 months bank statements and passport ,I've googled this how di I do this as I know lots of you wonderful people will of done this I've got my files on my phone and there all theee in downloads pdf forms what do I do I don't want to mess this up as my deadline is Tues anyone help please

Hi Sophie,

Click on the bank statement link in your to-do list. Then click 'start'. Then it should allow you to upload the documents. Click 'choose files' and then upload all of the files that you need to. Make sure you click 'submit' or 'finish' at the end.

This Youtube video shows the process on a computer but it's very similar for a phone.

When I go to my files do I download documents I'm so confused if I make a mistake on my mobile I have my files and I can see the downloads but don't have a clue what to do I'm not that savvy and my parents don't have a clue there old I have downloads and documents on my mobile why is everything so hard xx

You have already downloaded the files to your phone.

Next you are not downloading, you are selecting files to upload.

The UC To Do list will start the process by prompting you to select the files you need.

Then you choose the files.

Once you've selected the files they will show on the UC screen, along with a submit/upload button.

Click that and you are done.

Yeah I did but because my heads not in the best place it still didn't make sense sorry i will try do it now I hope i do this correct do u upload individual or just click them all x

I've done it just hope it's correct it says completed the bank statements it's only files I have to download going to do photo Monday too stressed out now thanks anyway xx
