Me and my partner are splitting up for good any advice how do I do single claim I also get work capability will I lose my work capability also we are joint tenant I cant stay with him anymore hes narcissistic and smoking weed in the house we arugueed last night for ages

If you have LCWRA or LCW in your name then that won't be lost. You would still get that in a single claim.
Any Transitional Protection would end as going from a couples claim to a single counts as a major change of circumstances.
I suggest you contact local welfare rights instead of relying on anything he tells you.

How do i go about it do i ring up uc or ask for phone of my case manger and we also joint tenancy

Do you have access to an online Journal for your claim?
If so you can report the changes there.

The only option would be to call the UC helpline as I don't believe that direct phone numbers are given out for case managers.
Shelter has guidance around ending joint tenancy, the link provides information on both private and social housing joint tenancy.
