Hi can you get free dental treatment. If claimed esa contributory base. Because claimed though there only one esa didn't realise there income one. So might have to pay back money

No unfortunately you cannot get free dental treatment on CB ESA alone.
Do you receive Universal Credit at all? That might qualify you for help.
If not, you can apply for future help under the NHS Low Income Scheme.
Otherwise you will need to repay the money with potentially a small fine.
