Error on PIP review form

My award ended at the end of 2023 and I wasn't sent the PIP review paperwork until three months after that. I filled in the paperwork in April 2024 and have finally got a text from the 'Health Assessment Advisory Service' saying they will contact me with an appointment if necessary.
However I think I will probably have an appointment as for some reason on the review form; I ticked the box saying I could walk between 50 and 200 metres. I am so frustrated as I am a wheelchair user and cannot walk this far. I'm not sure why I made such an obvious error and I feel I will have caused myself even more issues when trying to be successful with my PIP review.
Has anyone else made an error on their PIP review form?

Hi @PotionsQueen so sorry you'd not heard back. Have you managed to get to the bottom of this? Would be good to know the outcome if you're happy to share.

Thanks for your message. I have still heard absolutely nothing, I am having surgery next month so will wait until July before I ring the DWP. I will update if I hear anything in the meantime.

Try not to worry about it, anyone can make a mistake on the form, as you are tensed up filling it in! Let them know if and when they call, you made a mistake on your form!

Hi PotionsQueen, I think you should write to DWP and the 'Health Assessment Advisory Service' now to explain exactly what you've told us. Enclose a copy of your surgery appointment letter.

Thanks for the replies, I finally had a text today informing me I have a telephone assessment in a few weeks. I will try and rearrange it for a more suitable time and when I do have the assessment, I will let them know about the mistake on my form.
