Looking for some advice on nhs waiting times

Hi everyone I'm looking for some advice, I'm currently awaiting therapy for eu bpd and I've just discharged myself after having enough of coming on for 3 an a half years of patiently waiting and only getting any attention if a call up an voice that I'm really not happy to the point I've had to discharge myself for my own peace of mind, what are people experiences with waiting times for therapy etc ,?

Hiya as I have developmental trauma disorder with complex PTSD I had waited for about three months for therapy. Then only had six sessions in total. Although it might be different in your area . I hope all goes well for you.
