DLA indefinite award, transfer to PIP zero points despite having a series of strokes in the intervene period takin function away including sight enough to be registered sight impaired.Tribunal award highest level. Now diagnosed with emphysema, I moved into an extra cate facility last year. I have to have an assessment. Already on higher rates so they obviously seeking to reduce award. Last time the assessor made omissions, made a diagnosis of her own and lied through her teeth. So I am bracing myself for a bumpy couple of months, Will make sure someone with me and interview recorded.

That's awful @jaknit. I'm so sorry you've had to go through that with your assessment last year. Hopefully it won't be as problematic this time, especially with your health changes. I imagine the next few months aren't going to be the most pleasant but fingers crossed it'll be worth it in the end. Please keep us updated on how things are going if you're happy to.

Same, I'd definite dla to zero points on being forced to apply for pip. Win at tribunal, then had to go through it again and won, last award was after a successful MR I did myself. Due a review soon. Dreadingit. If these reviews were done properly and we were listened to and our medical evidence stacks up none of us should be turned down. I almost lost the will to live after the last pip assessment call. I was paranoid for six mths, never been that way in my life.

She was a very junior nurse and didnt listen to one thing I said. I didnt once more recognise myself on any of the reports. It's abysmal playing with ppls lives.

Sorry you have had all that hassle, but it is definitely not personal, as it is done with others transferring from DLA to PIP. Case on this forum of a child, zero's for PIP from a high level DLA, Father couldn't get his head around it. Hope the forthcoming assessment goes better than the last!!
