No text received after having a face to face appointment on Tuesday last week 13th May

hi I’ve been reading that people receive a text to say report has been sent. I had my face to face 6 days ago and heard nothing. Feeling sick every day looking at my phone

    Which benefit is this for?

    Occasionally reports get sent for auditing which is a routine internal procedure for the assessment provider.

    This does delay the DWP getting the report and there are no time frames for this process.

    You can contact the assessment provider and see what information they have.

    update

    I rang capita today and the advisor informed me that my report is in its final stage of checks before it’s sent to dwp. Couldn’t give me any time scale but said won’t be long and it’ll be sent over.

    update.
    received text message from DWP today at 4.53 pm to say my report from capita has been sent through. So exactly 1 week since face to face assessment
