Doesnt look like it. But Universal Credit says you need to tell them if you go away at all for any reason even for Support Group. That's what I read recently in my Client Agreement.

I thought you were allowed 12 weeks in the year - obviously UC is totally different for many reasons - I didn’t think you had any obligation to report going abroad if you just get PIP ! After all it is supposed to be PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE not some big brother means tested benefit - well not YET!
Mind you I haven’t been abroad since that DAMN BREXIT mess up - I used to go once or twice a year for the past 50 years ! Thank everyone who wanted to take back control and mess up my life !
But think PIP is still for the time being only the standard up to 12 weeks in total year?0 -
Hi @rigilsalim786 - just to verify, if only claiming PIP then you can go abroad for 13 weeks at any one time, then do so again throughout the year; it's not just a once in a year provision. You also don't need to inform PIP if any time abroad is less than 13 weeks.
You can see this in the regulations about PIP:
Hope this reassures.
