Migration from ESA to UC

Hello

Does anyone know the number for ESA?

My UC won't be paid until they have verification from ESA as to what rate of benefit I was on. ESA seem to be taking their time in getting back to UC so I was hoping I could chase things up.

    You will still receive a UC payment as scheduled, but the LCWRA element might be missing if there is a delay in ESA confirming your award.

    If this happens you draw their attention to it, then once it's been corrected you'll know this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. The money will then be paid within a few working days.
