Universal credit migration

Hi

I am helping my sister who currently has esa and has a migration letter to universal credit . She has difficulty using the internet . I want to know if anyone has made a claim by phone and going forward how easy is this to manage their universal credit ie how does she accept commitments do the job centre ring her ?

    Hello @trixiebell

    With a telephone claim, she will likely be asked to go in person to her job centre to accept her initial UC commitments.
