PIP not very phone friendly

Hello everyone I've got a question I've had to by my own walking aid and wheelchair got no receipts. Also I've told pip about condition getting worse, they are not very phone friendly, does anyonelse have this problem of them been rude,?

Some of the operators are not helpfull, but others are. Is it that you want to tell them about a change of circumstance ?
