Hi @Kez2207 - & welcome to the community. I think the answer to your query will vary, tho sometimes this is delayed as a Case manager may be looking into your assessment report to make sure it's of good quality. This is called an audit, & nothing you've done wrong, rather the assessor being checked. Unfortunately this can delay the assessor's report being returned to the DWP. It could also be because an assessor simply hasn't got around to writing a report yet.
You could give them a call on Monday if you haven't heard by then, but try first thing in the morning as the lines get very busy: 0800 121 4433

Thankyou @chiarieds for your reply. I did phone dwp about an hour ago and they said its most likely in audit and if i havent received a text by Wednesday to call them back.
The woman doing my telephone assessment did say at the start that there was someone with her in the assessment, not for me but for her so I have a feeling she was fairly new and that could be why my reports gone to audit?
The whole process is difficult enough but this waiting is awful 😔
Ive prepared myself to go to Mandatory but would still just like the outcome so i can get myself ready for the next part 😕
