Hi @Eyepie2 - first I would ask a member of the Scope team to cover over your name in your pdf to protect you.

Then @Eyepie2 - it looks like the tribunal adjourned your appeal as they thought it would better help you to appear in person (face to face).

They also asked you to get back in touch within 28 days of the date on this letter confirming whether you'd been found to have limited capability for work or limited capability for work & work-related activity (LCW or LCWRA). It is a bit confusing as they sound similar. Did you reply?

If so, you could contact HMCRTS on 0300 123 1142 to find out the likely timescale for your hearing.

A face to face appeal can be just by phone or video call, so I'm pleased it has been changed to this for you. You've confirmed you are considered LCWRA, so have you been able to get any more supportive medical evidence?

As suggested, it's also worth seeing if somewhere like a Welfare Rights Office may be able to help. Please have a look here if you haven't already done so: https://advicefinder.turn2us.org.uk/

Hoping all goes well with your tribunal, & you don't have too long a wait. Kindly keep in touch & let us all know how you get on.
