UC still not paid

Hi

Has anyone else experienced a delay in receiving their first payment of UC?

I have migrated from ESA to UC with my first payment due last Friday.

Nothing has been paid so far.

Just wondering if anyone else is in this situation or has been and how long did it take to get your first payment.

The person I am in contact with can't give me any date as to when to expect a payment. She says there is a delay as so many people have been migrated. I thought they would be able to see this coming.

I have an advance but that will only last the rest of this week then my utility bills will be impacted.

    Hi @SunFlower1

    There can be a bit of a delay after migrating from ESA to UC due to high demand and I've heard that it can take an extra 1–3 extra weeks so hopefully you won't be waiting too much longer!
