Kevin Paterson at Glasgow university is doing a study on CP & aging. Your symptoms sound like there is something else going on,but don't forget your synapses deeteriorate with age. I've certainly had a lot of changes in the last 20 years, but it's mostly due to choices & fitness levels. If you've kept up yoiur fitness etc. then seddenly deeteriorated over a short period of time, I would check out other things
