7 years child with mild CP not able to walk

My child who is  now 7 years old with mild cp is not able to walk.All activites are normal and also growth is good.He is on physiotherpy form last 4 years but not so much improvement in walking.so doctors now decided to relase his hamstring on both legs.Plz guide me will he be walk .
