I was with my daughters Saturday as its my birthday on Wednesday

Went shopping

Watching Emmerdale and Corrie, then getting a shower and going out into Durham.

Going to have a huge breakfast (again) then get some exercise.

Just done BP and pulse it's now

115 81 pulse 108

8 month wait for cardiology too

I'm sorry you don't feel great. Have you still got to see your GP re alternative beta blockers. They worked really well to get my pulse down to 60+ .

It might be good to rest as much as you can today, you've had a very busy week or so so resting won't do you any harm.

It's gone overcast here, was sunny earlier 🙄😬😅.
