I rarely go out and never alone. Maybe twice per month,to one shop.

Today my mum and I were stood in the carpak of the supermarket while my brother collected the car to drive round to lift us. I noticed a woman sitting opposite us in the front passenger seat of a car, she had her mobile phone pointed towards us. I glanced away for about 20 secs then back,and she was still doing it. In the end I pointed at her and said to my mum,"she's had that phone on us since we stopped here"! As I pointed she turned it away.

My Paranoia has been terrible since my last pip assessment three years ago. And ive another pending soon.

I was never like that until then. I've had three panic attacks since coming home, two were v bad.

Am I overreacting? Does anyone else feel they are being watched, I even thought my home was bugged at one point ,in fact for months after that assessment. I'm already practically a prisoner in my own home as it is. I won't even go out my front to take in a breath of air.

    I would happily tell you that yes, you're being paranoid. However I don't think that's going to put your mind at rest.

    Have you spoken to someone (Doctor) about this level of paranoia? I mean this in the kindest way, but I think you should.

    @Doglover2 That's a horrible feeling being paranoid and that someone is filming you. I don't have a definitive answer. I do know that many people sit in their cars and do Facetime chats/vid calls/video themselves for social media so she may have been doing that. A man pointed his phone at me yesterday on the train but I know from his subsequent comment and conversation to his friend that he was trying to get a signal. Thoughtless but hey, I need to be compassionate towards him as much as he does to me!

    Paranoia is a shocker.

    The only way to find out what someone is doing is to ask them.

    @Wheeled_Weapon Thank you . I've mentioned it to my gp and she wasn't very responsive. She knows,only too well, my MH struggles, ive had them 40years alomg with many physical problems. I've had therapy too,for what its worth. As i say ,I was never paranoid until that last horrific assessment.

    I'm glad for all comments. I'll try,ha! Small word with a big meaning,to get an appointment with my gp ASAP. I know it won't be easy as I'm trying to get CBT appointment and have had no luck accessing my gp past three weeks. Nightmare. Cheers.

    @Legwax. Thank you also.

    My mum said "stop worrying I think she was sat there with the phone raised just as we walked up". I cant help it, not like I'm doing anything illegal at all but it's hard to shake off.My sis is good at seeing reason and "Talking me down" but she's recovering from a 6 hr operation so wasn't with us.

    Thank you for your kind words.

    There are millions of cameras all around, your smartphone is spying on you for the benefit of corporations to sell you more unnecessary things (like everyone else, you are not unique).
    I really want a personal paparazzi! Consider yourself lucky)
