Well, it will be a balmy 16 C here on the East coast of Scotland. I looked at London, and it will be nearly twice that!

What sort of temperatures can you look forward to today?

Going to reach 29 today, Friday and Saturday where I live in Wales with the feel like temperature of 32!🌞 Have to get the ice cream!

That can be an uncomfortable temperature, Mary. I haven't felt that kind of heat since I was a London Bus driver. We almost never get that sort of temperature in Angus.

Definitely, I can't say I'm looking forward to it to be honest! Anything above a 23 is too hot for me😄 I should move to Angus!

For my part of London the high today (later this afternoon) is predicted to be 30 It is a little after midday right now and the temperature inside my flat is 27, and that is with fans on that do cool the air a little, but not much. Luckily I will be shopping this afternoon in a nice cold supermarket!

Great place to live if you are a golfer? We have all the US groups in the summer, not seen any 'MAGA' hats yet!

They play one of Trump's courses too, often a few days travelling between by helicopter. Sounds great, if minus boring golf.

It Ain't Half Hot, Mum!

I'm sorry for all you Scopers, sat in the house with the temperature in the high 20s. Angus is very much cooler (currently 13C), and I really appreciate that fact.
