Silly Question

Hi there!
Apologies, but is anyone else having issues with the PIP line? I call the number on my letters, it says press 1 for English, 2 for what I think is Welsh then cuts off when I press 1!
Thanks,
Sam

Hi @SammyTheDiceGoblin no such thing as a silly question. 😊 I've not heard anything about that however I have heard of major delay's getting through. Are you calling 0800 917 2222?

Hi!
No, I'm calling 0800 121 4433, as that's the number that was on a text saying "We tried to call you about your successful Personal Independence Payment appeal but were unable to speak to you. Please call us on..."

You could perhaps try the main enquiry line that Holly posted above @SammyTheDiceGoblin, hopefully they'll be able to let you know what's happening.
Fingers crossed you get some clarity soon ☺️

I've tried both numbers, and nothing! I can call other people and take incoming calls, but neither of those numbers work!

That's frustrating @SammyTheDiceGoblin! I'm not too sure what's going on there. I haven't seen any further posts about this issue but that doesn't mean you're the only one, people might just not have thought to post about it.
How long has this been happening for you? Hopefully it's just a glitch and you'll be able to get through in a couple of days.
