My partner is starting a new job and has £80.000 savings but I suffer from server mental health and have a crumbling left angle joint. Can we claim UC.

Hi @bunnykinsx2, welcome to the community. If your partner has £80,000 in savings and you live in the same house, you would not be eligible for Universal Credit.
Have you worked in the past? You might still be able to apply for New-style ESA:
Employment and Support Allowance (ESA): Eligibility - GOV.UK
And PIP may also be an option for you as that's not means tested so savings aren't taken into account:
Personal Independence Payment (PIP): What PIP is for - GOV.UK
