Why have they changed the pip award letter?

I recently asked for a pip award letter to claim back car tax and as a proof of award to get help with other things. When I got it, the whole format has changed. It used to be the first page had dates of award and amounts and then the following pages had the activities and points. Now the first page has no dates and amounts, instead these are on the next pages under the activities list.
I have a real problem with this as I used to be able to use the first page of my letter only as a proof of award without having to show whoever I am sending the award letter to the points I scored and on which activities. I feel this is a real invasion of privacy having to show this personal information to people like LHA, water etc etc.
I called pip and the guy didn't seem to understand what I was talking about and had no information about it. I asked for another letter to be sent and it's the same, so they have definitely changed the format. So does anyone know why they changed it? Am I just being paranoid or over worrying about having to share the activities and points I scored to strangers to prove I have an award?

Hi @raj123 sorry you've not heard back about this. I'm not sure of the reasons for the format changes but I can completely understand why it's made you feel uncomfortable if it now means you're having to share more personal details with other agencies. The only thing I can say is that your data is protected by GDPR so it should be safe, but appreciate this doesn't remove the anxiety associated with sharing. I hope you've been able to get this done now and it's put to bed.
