Complaints about assessor?

Hi, has anyone ever made a complaint about the assessor report (Paper based PIP)? I don't need to do a mandatory reconsideration since my daughter received adequate amount of points but there are some inaccuracies / underscoring which I just don't feel I can let go! e.g ticking 'no' for the claimant has a mental, intellectual or cognitive impairment, when my daughter has a learning disability. And awarding 0 points for managing toileting needs because she can play on her switch and ride a bike!

If I did complain, I worry they would treat it as a mandatory reconsideration and I don't want that as I don't want to risk anything. Also, where to complain to? Send it to PIP? I don't even know which assessment company it is.

Or do I address this at her next review e.g the last assessor stated 'this' but as you can see from the evidence, this was inaccurate.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I did. I could give quite thorough details as i had recorded the call. I didn't say I had but I'm sure they guessed.

I did it before they had made a decision, or so I thought. They had actually made a decision but on seeing my complaint they wrote to my GP who backed me up. They then decided on that info.

The assessor no longer works for them.
