            Are the over state pensioners thats on pip are not affected? But if they request a change of circumstance it will affect?

Hi @emma85, the government have announced that the changes to benefits won't affect current claimants.
So from what I understand, if you've already got your PIP set up, you won't be affected by any of the new rules coming in even after a review or change in circumstances.

When you reach State Pension age receiving PIP, your award is automatically changed to a 10 year award with light touch reviews. As Rosie has stated, State Pensioners are not affected by the 4 point rule. I don't think they were anyway from a statement from Mr Timms. Don't worry!
