Can anyone explain or send links as to what actually has happened surely it's good they dropped the four point rule but is pip still linked to health element cannot find anything online to explain it all tia

  Hi @charl1234 it's all been so very fast moving. I expect in the imminent future there'll be more information online from the likes of charities etc. who'll likely be working on this.
