Can anyone tell me if I'm going through appeal for esa will I be paid assessment rate. Dwp stopped it but I've read different stories that once dwp get notified I'm appealing they should start my payments again as I did request this on appeal form and I have a valid fit note until end of September

Hi @Sofialyndsey1 I believe there's potential at tribunal stage if it's the first time they've decided you don’t have limited capability for work. It's requested in the form of a payment mending approval. Once the appeal has been registered with the tribunal.
It may be better for you to contact universal credit for alternative financial support whilst your review is being looked into.
