Hi I am sue and new on here I got shingles on January 1st 2025 this is my second time of having this I am 64 now still have a lot of pain and itching which drives me mad also I am numb across my left shoulder blade and armpit still after 7 months tried most pain killers nothing helps also pain across my breast bone so using my left arm sometimes can be difficult also have Arthritis in my hands knees and feet has anyone got any ideas if this numbness will ever go

    Really sorry to hear about your brushes with shingles, I remember it not being fun at all! I'd be unable to say if the numbness will go or not, as I'm not medically trained, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. What has your GP said?
