Hi does anyone know how long it takes to get a payment after a mandatory reconsideration went in my favour

Six weeks have passed and when I phoned on Monday they said payment has been made ...but I haven't received it

    The refund is from the deductions from my UC for money I now don't owe

    Hello @onions77,

    Did they specifically say it had been paid to you? Depending on the situation, sometimes they return the money to UC, who then recalculate statements, and then pay it to the claimant.

    If they said it had been paid to you, have you changed your bank account at all during your claim? Payments don't normally take more than 3-5 working days.
