Daughter turning 19

Hello really in need of some advice please?
My daughter has a diagnosis of A.S.D. and is in receipt of higher element pip and mobility. I have been claiming universal credit and get the child element and disabled child element. However she turns 19 in August and leaves college in July. I have received a note from universal credit stating that obviously the child elements of UC will stop from 31st July. So how exactly am I supposed to support herself and myself after that date? They will also take some housing off me too because she is classed as an independent person. My rent has just increased £100 per month too.
I'm really worried about what I'm going to do

Many families struggle with the transition from dependant children to non dependant adults within the benefits system.
If you are paying rent via UC Housing Element, no money will be deducted as she won't count as a non dependant for HE until she is 21
Once she has left education she can claim UC in her own right, if her health prevents her from working the Work Capability Assessment process can be started.
If she is not capable of managing her claim an appointee can be put into place
Once she has her own independent income, she can pay for things herself that you are currently funding, and make a household contribution to food and bills.
