Jacket potato toppings?
Jacket potatoes are a staple in our household, wonderfully warm and filling in winter, yet light and refreshing with a crisp salad come summer. What do you have on yours? Classic butter and cheese, or something a bit more adventurous?
Tonight Iām tucking into mine with vegetable chilli, a side salad⦠and, of course, copious amounts of butter!

Where do you buy light & refreshing potatoes? š

I like to buy the ready made ones (but still need to be cooked) from Tesco. They have fluffy mashed potato on top with some cheese. I'll usually have some baked beans and cocktail sausages with one.

Haha, good point! But there's something about having them in summer, they feel like a lighter meal š

I never have a jacket potato. Thinking about it, I'd have butter for sure and maybe smoked salmon or scrambled egg.

That's a really good idea I wouldn't mind trying that myself.
