Hi I have just moved over to uc (managed migration, ) from ESA Support Group .and I have been informed by dwp , that my transitional protection has been suspended due to not having an up to date tenancy agreement, local authority had been paying housing benefit for me, direct to my landlord I have showed dwp proof of this, it feels as if they are implying that I am lying to them, any help would be welcome

Hi,
The DWP are separate from the local authority so it's not unusual for them to do things differently.
If you don't have a current rental agreement then it shouldn't be too difficult for your landlord to write one up for you.
