Do you still choose hot food and drinks when it's hot outside?

I'm still drinking my hot coffee. Helps to balance inside body heat and outside body heat, supposedly it stops the heat from being quite so uncomfortable. It may be an old wives tale, but at least I'm awake. ๐
I do have some Calypos in the freezer for later though.

I was told once that tea refreshes you even on a hot day until the temp rises to 75 degrees farenheit.

I still eat and drink hot and cold food however I have been drinking more iced coffee I'm on my 3rd can of Diet Coke today that's bad isn't it.
I rely on ready meals as well I get the M&S ready meals or sometimes Sainsbury's because I find Wiltshire farm food and oak house farm foods bland and the portion sizes are too small for me.0 -
My logistical skills are bad so I can't cook - I'm at the mercy of whoever is cooking :) So yes, mostly hot food when at home. I buy cold food for lunch at work, though, and rarely have hot lunch at home, even in the winter.
Even in the summer months, soup is not uncommon in this house. Though this weekend there is no soup, thankfully. That would be a bit much! All that said, in the winter I never drink hot drinks - most of them I don't like, and those I do, there's always the rush to drink them before they go cold. So everything I drink in the summer is also cold. I don't really like drinks from the fridge, but in this temperature I make exceptions.

I always prefer everything cold, even if its winter outside. I don't like hot drinks and prefer colder food. If I go greggs for example I always make sure to leave my pasty for it to cool and then eat, same with all food. I think I have a sensativity to hot things.
Although in this heat its even worst, so just been living off sandwiches and salads till it cools down. I have less of an appitite when its this hot too, just makes me not want to eat.
