Dwp telephone call.

Morning all.Hope everyone is doing well.I had a telephone call this morning from a lady at dwp about my mandatory reconsideration claim.First all she asked me security questions and who I bank with, stating about back pay going into my account. She seemed lovely I explained how my condition and my health has changed since 4 years ago,it which it's got worse, which she said she can see my my medical records it has changed for the worst. She stated that she's going to do everything that she can to give me what I'm actually entitled to,and that I should have a letter in the post in next 7 days.So I'm keeping my fingers 🤞

Sounds really promising @Popdiva43, I hope your letter comes through quickly! Lovely to hear that she was so nice to you on the phone too. I know sometimes DWP can have a bit of a negative reputation, but there are nice people around I'm sure.
Was she able to say roughly what you'd receive or will you have to wait for the letter?
