hi
I have NFD, neurological functioning disorder, I’m a single mum of 3, have a 3 bed house, and more often then not need a carer to stay to help me. When my symptoms flare, I can’t use the stairs, wash, cook, stand.
Do you think I would be eligible for an extension to include down stairs bathroom?

Hi there @curlyfamily and welcome to the community.
Have you spoken to your local council? That would be my first port of call. You'll need to speak to them regarding a disabled facilities grant. Though most councils have a very small budget for helping with small adaptations around the house. So it's worth asking them.0
