Hi everyone, I attended an autism support group online for those who have been diagnosed and they provided an after care support service and some classes online. There was a few of them which could be downloaded after the session in pdf. I have attached those in pdf and hope some of you find these helpful. I do like the basics one myself. I find myself a lot in some those groups.

Thank you so much. I'm newly diagnosed and still getting used to this aspect of my life that is as disabling as my physical disability. @Andi66 I feel much the same.

Thank you, I have been having some overwhelming issues of late which makes my head a bit noisy. I just popped in and out when I can, not able to stay sometimes for the whole session, but what I saw I really liked and it was helpful for me. Things like pick out five things in a room I used instantly that day which I got from the group. The pdf were so helpful for those I couldn't sit all through as all the information was in them as well. There is one more to go Autistic Joy on the 17th of July-and if the pdf seems helpful to others I will upload that as well.
