Hello @natstar and welcome to the community.
It may be worth chasing and asking where they are at with your appeal as it is quite a while without hearing any updates.
With tribunals, yes it is expected that you will attend.

natstar, hello and welcome to Scope 😊
His Majesty's Court and Tribunal Services (HMCTS) will send you a 'bundle' of all the evidence provided to them by yourself and DWP. Nothing can happen until DWP files its own response to your appeal directly with the court.
HMCTS should be able to tell you whether this has been received by them or not.

Contact HMCTS for your area - by telephone or by email.
In-person hearings are less common with the closure of court buildings but you can request whatever suits you best before it is listed (given a date)

Thank you again for the information. I just called to chase it up they said I have to wait for them to contact me as they don't give people information over the phone 😒
So I guess it is a waiting game .

That's good. They have confirmed that you're all waiting on the DWP so you know you haven't been overlooked at least.
Yes, unfortunately it's a waiting game for claimants.
