hi wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so how did you solve it we went to collect a Motability car today as arranged gave the dealer the code from Motability and the deposit money we were given the keys and told to look around the car when we were about to pull away we were told there was a problem registering and taxing the car we were told to have a walk round the local town while it was sorted it’s now late on the night and we still havnt heard anything we contacted Motability and they told us the dealer shouldn’t have arranged pick up if there was a problem we are now stuck in limbo any advice would be much appreciated as to what to do next

    Hi @dan66 what a faff. Have you heard back from the dealer now as to whether you can collect your Motability car, or if this has been delayed further?

    they just keep saying there waiting for there system to reboot but as it’s a weekend I’m not holding my breath

    it took them about 4 hours to update us but we were by a shopping park so least there were things to do it’s just bad form I’m not naming names as I’m hoping it will be sorted by Monday at the latest 🙏
