Is claim review still ongoing??

ok so I had journal message saying I was going to have a review over phone and would be told what to expect in actual review. In the phone call was told to upload the usual 4 months bank statements and ID (not sure why they didn’t just ask in journal in first place to avoid extra stressful calls!!). On phone mentioned I had a savings account my bank had opened for me which I had never used so only an annual statement saying 0 in and out and they said upload that. Then got journal message saying another phone call to discuss review and further evidence. Was asked to have bank generate 4 months statement for the savings accounts most recent annual one was 7 months ago. That was the actual review with the questions which I answered and I was told once I had submitted the savings account statement (completed right away though they said within 14 days) that I would either receive another phone call from her or that I would have another review with her….. she wouldn’t commit when I asked her for clarification that once I uploaded the savings account showing no transactions in or out that review would be closed. As she said she would either just call me or would give me another follow up phone review, I don’t understand my position and all this is making my health so much worse!!! Other people say they get a message in their journal to say claim review complete. Am out of my mind with worry as they leave two weeks between each phone call and I thought it would be over and now having to wait another two weeks to find out what is going on!!! I can’t cope with this!!! Has anyone else had it done like this? Could it be that if she just “gives me a call” rather than “calling for a further review” that I’ll be told claim is complete? I’ve tried to answer everything honestly but I’m worried in case I’ve done something wrong or misunderstood something somewhere and that this is far from over! I CANNOT deal with more questions and another review and the waiting is the worst part!! It’s so strung out!!!
Why did they give me a worrying call to let me know what to expect and what I would need to upload instead of just stating Amin journal at beginning to upload the statements and then have the official review? It’s like they want to call me so many times always with two weeks in between to worry about it!!
I don’t think it would have been held up by my large backpayment of pip which was paid in after review started, as I reported it officially and made an extra note of it in my journal directly to the claim reviewer and also mentioned in the review had she seen my message about the oil back payment I just received? She said yes, all that was done correctly.
so process has been: journal message to say claim review in two weeks with phone appt up to 15 mins to explain what would need to send them. Then two weeks to upload documents and have the review that could last up to 30 mins. Then another two weeks to upload the savings account statement stating no transactions in latest four months and now waiting these two weeks for another phone call!!!! Is my review ongoing???? Has anyone else had such a drawn out process??? It’s agony it seriously is!!!!
